Send us an email and we will reply on working days.
Tell us which audit firm you belong to, what you tried to do and what happened. Screenshots help. Do not send passwords, API keys or personal data about clients by email.
Integrations with accounting systems
Revios gets accounting data in two ways: as an uploaded SAF-T file, or directly from the client's accounting system. We are now building a direct integration with PowerOffice Go. This is how it works:
- The client, or the accountant on the client's behalf, connects Revios to the accounting system and chooses which companies the auditor gets access to.
- Revios only reads. We fetch the chart of accounts, trial balance, general ledger transactions, customers and suppliers with their sub-ledgers, and the vouchers the auditor needs to see. Revios does not change the client's accounts.
- The data is used only in the audit engagement it was fetched for, and becomes part of the audit documentation.
- The connection can be removed at any time in the accounting system. Revios then fetches no more data. What has already been fetched is part of the audit documentation, which the audit firm is required to retain.
If you have questions about data in a specific audit engagement, contact the audit firm. They are the controller for the engagement.
